Precision Orthodontics in Auburn, CA is a thoughtfully designed 2,500-square-foot orthodontic office that transformed a tight, low-ceilinged space into a dynamic and efficient 6 chair clinical environment. One of the biggest design challenges was the ceiling height—just over 8 feet—with no plenum space to conceal HVAC ductwork. Rather than compromise aesthetics or efficiency, the Green Curve Studio team collaborated closely with the HVAC engineer to bring the ductwork into the open, turning it into an intentional part of the design. The result is an industrial-inspired ceiling that adds character and a sense of volume to the space, while supporting the technical demands of a modern orthodontic practice.

To enhance the feeling of openness, the design emphasizes clean lines, well-placed lighting, and carefully selected finishes that reflect natural light and expand the perceived height of each room. The layout includes an open ortho bay, sterilization center, imaging area, consult room, and staff lounge—all laid out for smooth clinical flow and patient comfort. Located in the growing Auburn orthodontic market, this office reflects both smart problem-solving and high-impact visual design tailored for a compact footprint.
