Nikaeen Orthodontics is a boutique, high-energy practice designed for image-savvy families in the heart of Los Angeles. Dr. Nikaeen asked for a top-end, playful environment with real design horsepower—and we answered with a sculptural, curve-driven interior that feels cinematic yet efficient.

We choreographed the arrival sequence from entry to reception to treatment bay: clear sightlines to a brand-forward logo wall, HIPAA-aware front-desk privacy, and seating that avoids crowding. In the clinical core, modulating ceiling baffles, curvilinear LED-lit headers, and strategic cantilevered walls amplify dimension without sacrificing throughput. A dramatic circular soffit with spoke-like channel lighting crowns the bay, while modern industrial pendants spotlight the brushing station and wayfinding nodes. The palette—indigo, purple, crisp white, and a pop of orange—adds warmth and rhythm, delivering a compact space that performs like a much larger office.

Outcome: A compact, workflow-engineered plan wrapped in a bold, contemporary aesthetic—teen-friendly, photo-ready, and effortless to run.
